Amicia zygomeris.
Amicia zygomeris is a woody-based perennial from Mexico that produces mid-green leaves each consisting of two pairs
of heart-shaped leaflets with pale green stipules that are veined purple.During the autumn yellow pea-like flowers with
purple keels are produced. It grows multiple stems up to 1.2 metres which will be killed by the frost but with a mulch
of bark chips or the like it is root hardy as long as the soil is not waterlogged.
